      Dear Anonymous Employee, Thank you for your feedback. I understand that communication between teams can be an issue within most organizations. At Focus we are constantly trying to improve our communication between teams. Other than implementing technology such as Jira and ZenDesk which document communication between staff and clients, we also hold weekly calls between department leads to discuss what other teams are facing.
