      Pros

      Exciting to be part of an innovative company that is always releasing new modules based on user feedback. Working remote is a huge plus. They really take care of you while traveling for business. Great company party's. They invite your whole family to Bosch Gardens for their Christmas Party. Great benefits and holidays / vacation package

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you must be a self starter and be able to put the time in to learn functionality on your own.

      Pros

      Very friendly easy going people with a genuine passion in programming and education. Some interesting unique software code that I wish was in other projects at times.

      Cons

      The software code is a bit dated which can make it hard to get simple stuff done without investing a lot of time in the little things. But then again that opportunity to work on the little things can be fun too.
