The company gives you a good opportunity to grow your career. The management team encourages you to take online courses and participate in offline workshops. For the projects with which I had relevant experience, I was given an opportunity to lead the project.

The marketing team is a new department for this company, which means both challenges and opportunities for new employees.

1.Poor management, chaotic operations, poor work balance. 2. No benefit and no outlook at all 3.No career development plan for employees. 4. Management totally has no management skill, yell, shout at employees in public.
