I was called within two hours of submitting my resume for a specific position. Was asked my rate and was told the rate could be managed.
Cons
I was asked to customize my resume and send it in. After doing so (same day), I was asked to make more updates and re-send - did so.
Never heard back, not that day, nor when I inquired the next day.
Keep in mind that this company contacted me based on my resume and then asked me to further customize.
