I have been in this industry for 28 years and this is the nicest group of people to work for. Great benefits. They promote from within. Lots of opportunities for growth.

Pros

Decent pay w/o having a lot of experience to start. Coworkers are very friendly and communication between management/corporate is great. I enjoy what I do and we all work together to get things done daily. The potential to move up within the company is another plus to working with Fogelman

Pros

- discounted apartment (not much of a discount and they don't allow you any wiggle room even though they know how much they're paying you. You'll just end up giving them your whole paycheck again so I don't recommend living on site) - monthly training classes

Cons

The issue with this company they purchase horrible properties most of the time with a lot of issues and they expect you to fix everything, add new things and keep the old as well as new residents happy. It always ends up being impossible because they give you a low budget and hire people for low pay to try to fix things. Nothing gets done because no one is going to go out their way to do things for these people only care about their money. They have no desire to make you rich or even stable enough to make it so don't work here if that's what your looking for. They do nothing to make their employees want to go out there way for them but they expect so much! If you are a leasing agent, do not expect corporate to have your back for ANYTHING. They will either not return your call or take the sides of management no matter what.
