Pros

Good pay and bonus structure. Loved the community I worked in and had a great team.

Cons

There should really be an evaluation or review of the Regional position (at least in GA). The company claims to build talent and promote from within, but that doesn't happen when you have a dishonest and inexperienced Regional who plays favorites and wants to bring in less competent people from the last company she was with. Hard to feel loyalty to a company that has none to you.

Pros

This company is amazing. The owners care about their employees and are constantly looking for ways to improve operations and ensure that all employees feel appreciated. Great corporate support team that are willing to go above and beyond to help onsite teams. Strong training and marketing programs that they are constantly working to improve upon. A team of hard working people that love to be the best at what they do and also show true concern for people and the community.

Cons

Just as with any company there are challenges that arise with growth, but this company keeps its finger on the pulse of its employees and not only listens to feedback but strives to improve in any way they can. They add support where and when needed to ensure they can provide the small company touches even though it is constantly growing.

Pros

They have great training programs and mentors. You do receive paid time off for holidays and your birthday. They offer commission pay and quarterly bonuses. Off on Sundays.

Cons

Property staff small minded. Its clear to see no one wants you to advance. Non-supportive staff. A lot of back biting. Its all about who you know.
