Amazing company to work for. Truly like a family, I loved every one I worked with from hourly employees to the president and CEO were all amazing.

Cons

Pay was pretty low and hours long for management staff.

Pros

Group oriented, room for advancement, weekly meetings, Decent pay, benefits, PTO. Many long-term employees, and great to work with a talented group of people in the administrative side of things.

Cons

Sometimes high and unrealistic expectations, there is no 401K plan, Long hours for salaried managers sometimes without providing enough support staff within restaurants.
