Look out for Foot Fight's upper managment and managing partners

Loved the people I worked with. Just not the people I made money for.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about their employees. After working years and years at multiple Food Fight Restaurants I've only become more dissatisfied with this Corporation. There are so many other great restaurants to work for in Madison. Don't waste your time working for company like this one.

Pros

Most restaurants in Food Fight are incredibly well organized. Best place I've served at in my 5 years working as a server. Very flexible with scheduling

Cons

Not a lot of serious consideration in creating a healthy work environment. HR will say they support all employees regarding intersectionality but I have not seen concrete action
