Pros

The only nice thing was the girl that was training me

Cons

I was hired because I applied to this horrible place through an internet site. I was interviewed and they sounded depserate so i took the offer and i only worked for a day. I was told by managers of the place that i would be doing strictly clerical duties. During the middle of my day, I was approached by management and told to go "watch someone do sampling" or whatever it was called. I immediately asked about my clerical duties and I was told quote unquote "you'll also be setting samples ". This was NOT what i was told during my interview with this company. I noticed that the workers were asking management for help and the managers threw it off as no big deal, said quote unquote "do your best", let out a heart chuckle, and left the facility and I never saw them again that day. I was angry needless to say and i came on here and read the horrible reviews and found out that everything said here is true so i never came back. Good riddance. I wish this company would stay out of the WT campus because nobody wants them here.

It is concerning to hear your feedback on the management team and work environment. Your feedback is very important to me. I am unaware of any clerical positions in our labs and will follow up on this and your other concerns accordingly. I would appreciate a call from you to talk further. At FSNS, we continue to strive to create a culture where our employees are valued and engaged. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR

Pros

Some of your coworkers you will make life friends with in the area. Not as bad as working at fast food, but close.

Cons

This lab and company are horrible! We constantly have to deal with repulsive managers who dont have the slightest clue to how to do there jobs. Every weak we always have some kind of drama between manager and lowly workers. We have some bad things that happen here. I always get screwed over every day i work and im just over it. The previous reviews are true they made me start on client samples on my 1st week This place is a constant nightmare. I wish the lazy peole would get out not the hard workers. Y should I have to put in extra effort for lazyness. get on another company already because this one blows alot. Dont go to corporate because they dont care and take managemrnts side. Corporate and amarillo management have a pact to silence and get rid of naysayers and people who tell them the truth about what really happens here. fsns is a job for those who cant get anything else, be smart and go medical or clinical lab. Or better yet anywhere but here! The benefits are horrible. The high deductible doesnt do anything for me and my family except waisting money. everyone except for management hates this place because they can continue to be lazy and not get into trouble.

Pros

None that i knew of

Cons

Noticed all of the bad reviews posted for this city. They are true. The only people who write good reviews are the ones in high positions. The management team kept harassing me with phone calls and emails asking when I was coming in to work. I finally told them i hadnt even been interviewed yet. So they told me okay let's schedule one. So the day comes to interview and i got on here to read the reviews and i talked with a friend that works there (who is about to quit) and they tried to convinced me not to take the job due to how bad its getting at this place. So they tried to call me with a skype interview and i ignored the call and told them i got a different job offer. I eventually accepted the counter offer and came into work for a few days. I was done after a few days and never returned to work, probably screwing over alot of people in the process. Get over it. Yes , the training is not good, they put you on customer samples the first or second day. If customers knew about this ,they would probably flip out.

I hope that you will give me a call directly to discuss your comments and concerns. Candidly, what you describe is inconsistent with our processes and/or how we handle interviews or training. Further, it is not consistent with the employment of any current or former employees. I am also going to reach out to Glassdoor Contact Support regarding the same. Thank you.
