Cons

All the 1 star reveiws are correct, i have no t got training concurrent with my offer letter. Hire bad people for management and i suffer alot. Dont see myself staying for to long at this company. Its really bad and dont advice on someone who is looking to join the company to take the offer they dont follow on their word. My pay is very bad.

We provide many opportunities for growth and development for all employees to include our supervisors and managers. Our goal is to develop our managers into strong leaders and continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. I look forward to a further discussion. Not the best place to work

Pros

It looks good on a resume.

Cons

Only people with seniority can work M-F during business hours. Otherwise you are stuck working nights, weekends, overnight, or early morning hours (4 or 5 am). You are looked down on if you can't work overtime every day and it affects your ability to get a raise, if you get one at all. Every department is so short staffed people are miserable and praying to get through the day. Management does not take concerns seriously. Sometimes you are left alone in the lab which is a safety hazard.

Your feedback is very important. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. For a number of our lab locations our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs. At FSNS, we continue to train and develop our managers into strong leaders and will continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. You may contact me directly to discuss any other details surrounding your concerns. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.
