Pros

great lab experience, decent pay for just graduating college

Cons

long long long hours, LIMS and other computer/network programs go down alot, pay wasn't enough for the hours and other bull to deal with, no benefits until a year after classified as full time or longer, poor management, horribly smelly in the whole lab area

Benefits kick in soon after being hired. Nice people. Flexible schedule. They like to fill positions from inside the company.

Pros

Experience, get your hands wet.....that's all

Cons

You will get nowhere, big stop sign in front of you. Management feel like they should not breath the same air with the rest of employees, walks stone-faced. Those on salary -must work for 40 hours a week or FSNS deduct the balance from your PTO time, but if you work 50 hours they don't pay you the 10 hrs overtime.
