We appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry it was not a good experience. Tough times have challenged all of us but we are working hard to get on track. We understand it is essential to manage our personal work-life balance at any organization today. On another note, we are pleased that you were able to increase your knowledge while at FSNS and hope you continue to grow. Thanks again.

Pros

Numerous others in the same situation as you makes it easier to get through it once you leave its so much better

Cons

They should be ashamed of themselves. The company does not appreciate hard workers. I worked on the night shift and had a very weird schedule and was always trying to get in touch with our management team. They want you to contact them about everything. Never could get in touch with any of them except once in a blue moon. Very unprofessional management. They like to talk behind your back but act nice when you're around. Some of them got into management because of favoritism. Actually I would say this for all of the management team except for one which i wont mention their name or anything. It ruins a good thing. Don't recommend. Corporate lets them do it. Left for a highly lucrative research position that i am now making double the money. FSNS doesn't pay well. They like doing under the rug type of deals ask anyone who has been working their for longer than a year.

Pros

-We liked working here a long time ago. -Things turned for the worst.

Cons

-Only management and suck ups like this company and write good reviews. And dont forget the HR reviews from early December, obvious wrote by corporate and management. We all know that they need false reviews to make the company look good in theyre eyes. -It's bad. We don't have anyone who cares about us here. -Favoritism up the roof. -Uneven labor structure, some sit on their butt while others do the work. -CEO is ineffective. -HR is only there for the interests of the company, not the employee. -Don't talk to HR, it's a trap. -New management here got their positions due to favoritism. Ineffective and childish.
