Pros

You can joke with other employees on how bad this place is

Cons

Benefits horrible. Healthcare horrible. Company constantly gets hacked. Corporate sending emails begging for good glassdoor and good indeed reviews. Bad experience overall. Every day is wondering when you will leave so that you will have some time to apply to other jobs.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. It is unfortunate to hear the concerns about the lab. We will look into the matter and address any issues. We thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve and create a culture where everyone is appreciated. - Victor, Director of HR

Pros

Never any pros working here. Maybe sometimes when we get off days on vacations but even those are random on the day they are on because of our bad scheduling by managers

Cons

omg fsns is becoming such a drag to work at like we have to have our hr department here to do routine interviews because our management is so bad! human resources wants to lie straight to candidates faces about how good it is here when it is anything but. They are also offering chump change to refer my friends here well surprise im not referring anyone to this place as i would not wish this place upon my worse enemy to work here and suffer with me, and thats the truth. The money is not even alot typical of a cheap company like fsns. Managers keep asking us to get involved in our community. recently an email was sent out asking for a volunteer to do activities outside of work...NOBODY REPLIED because nobody wants to do it get a grip. We dont have a life outside of work already as it is. why dont the managers do it since they can leave on time everyday and have a life! Another surprise here that management still blows and they still play favorites with the people that they like. They took on more customers than they can handle and now corporate has sent out emails to EVERYONE on their email list even the ones that used to work here and have moved on to better jobs. Pretty desperate move shouldnt surprise anyone. Our leadership at corporate and here in amarilo is the worst i have seen. Im also looking for other jobs and that old HR can stop trying to talk to me and my friend all of the time, its getting really creepy tbh.

It is disheartening to hear so many concerns from you. While we work hard to create a great culture for our employees, apparently our business is not right for you. Please consider giving me or another member of the HR Team a call to talk through your concerns so that we can properly address them – and/or help you to find another opportunity. In fact, a member of the HR Team will be at your lab today - great opportunity for you to talk with someone in-person. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR
