Pros

Straightforward work, once you learn it

Cons

Long hours are expected due to the culture. 15-16 hour days were not uncommon and no meaningful changes were effected.

Pros

1. GREAT stepping stone into the industry. 2. HIGH starting pay 3. Management will go ABOVE and beyond 4.Gain WONDERFUL relationships 5. The BEST HR team. 6. The company will HAVE your back. 7. Build client relationships

Cons

1. Due to a turnover rate equivalent of the fast food industry. Be prepared to be asked to take on more responsibilities for little to no increase in wages. Just avoid learning too much as you have probably signed an NDA and will be threatened when you decide to leave the company. 2. For new cogs in the wheel. The company values "fresh meat". No value in loyalty. The CEO will give "merit" raises when the cost of living rises. Doing so voids any and all promotion raises as this company classifies any wage increase in the same category. Wage increases are limited to once per 6 months regardless how. If both do occur, expect to receive the lesser value. 3. Get everything in writing. Many promises will be made but rarely kept. 4. A toxic version of the phoneline game. Keep to yourself. Dont share any personal information to any coworkers. You will learn that ALL employees are not treated equally. Just like with the clients, the ones who complain the most are the most important. 5. HR only serves to protect the company and not its employees. Be ready to feel like road kill as management will throw its employees under their clients feet. Please check out the cookie cutter responses from this company's HR. You may get terminated at anytime for any reason. Read the employee handbook. Mental health, personal, and bad weather days dont exist. 6. Get ready to have your spine and and soul ripped out of you. 7.Clients only send samples to this place for economic reasons. There really is no quality, just squeeze out the most samples. Its a NUMBER$ game. Sketchy processes happen all the time.
