      Some good coworkers despite fast turnover.

      Everything. Pay equal to entry level fast food, insanely terrible benefits so bad that it's basically the company robbing your paycheck to get it back, highly stressful, disrespectful management with an absurd disconnect with the work, parking lot so small that people are forced to block each other in, daily work with dangerous pathogens, being forced to lie to clients, antivaxxers in management roles, no self-development, no raises, laughable advancement, on your feet all day leaning over tables leaving your feet pulsating and your back constantly in pain, terrible work life balance, and there is absolutely no reason to work here for lab experience with much better jobs in the area.
