Pros

I learned a lot here and was able to get my foot in the door at a lab with no previous experience. They trained me from the bottom and I appreciate that. All the personelle at the lab were great, management cares as do coworkers, we all just want to get the work done and do a good job.

Cons

The company itself/corporate is absolutely awful. They do not care about a healthy work life balance, paying employees fairly, working on the awful overtime or bust culture, staffing appropriately, or appreciating the employees who bust their butt for the labs. They care about profitability and that's all. Full stop.

This review was not written by the Path Lab Lead in Fresno as stated here. I will be at the lab this week and will talk with the management team. We want nothing more than to make immediate improvements and create a culture where everyone is valued and appreciated. I look forward to meeting with you. Bob Cox, SVP of HR

Feedback from our employees is very important. We take all concerns very seriously and investigate each one. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. We absolutely value our employees – they are at the cornerstone of all we do. We offer numerous opportunities to advance as well as tuition reimbursement. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. Staffing, turnover and retention is co-owned by all of our leaders and departments at FSNS – Leads, Supervisors, Managers, Directors, VPs, Operations HR, etc. All the best to you on your new opportunity.
