Too many cons to name off. Very unfriendly lab manager at the time. Dignity and respect is lacking here

The people are very kind with training. Lots of opportunities for advancement if it's the career you desire.

Cons

Management is completely lacking in reliability, If you don't stay on top of them nothing will get done on their end. With the constantly revolving door of new employees, you think they'd have training down but even that is completely unreliable. Pay and benefits are well beneath average for the industry.

(Lot's of opportunities to voice concerns and find solutions) You have every opportunity to move up with this company – completing the proper training will allow you to move up in your lab to include additional pay. We are constantly looking at our total rewards to include base pay, benefits, etc. We also have a tuition reimbursement program allowing you to pursue a master’s degree.
