Pros

If you show promise they will promote you, but will do so without an immediate raise.

Cons

Managers not helpful at all, every man for themselves, Closers get all the weight of the day thrown at them Pay is inconsistent just depends on what you started at.

Thank you former Main Lab Lead - Knowing your position and location makes this rather obvious. Being in San Antonio gives you lots of opportunities to have discussions. Please stop by or give me a call to discuss. We both know some of what your saying is a stretch - but would love to hear more. I look forward to a discussion - by phone or in-person. Pros

Free food sometimes. That was cool.

Cons

Everything. Mostly management. Like please do yourself a favor and don’t even go to the interview. It’s so bad. It breaks you mentally and makes you feel worthless, but that’s how they operate. I would legitimately trade a few toes instead of having to go back to working at this place if I had to.

Wow! I would suggest you retain your toes, please. The work we do is important - we keep food safe. It can be hard work and there is a learning curve for those who don't come with some lab background. It is not for everyone. We work hard to retain our best and brightest. Hopefully you have been able to get into a different industry that meets your every expectation. If you want to talk further, please give me a call. Best of luck on your new opportunity.
