Terrible Company

Pros

Not many. Experience is Ok but not worth it.

Cons

The biggest issue is constantly being understaffed, and that is by design. They will work you to the ground. 12 hour shifts with no breaks are common. They expect each person to do the work of three people and staff according to that principle. I would avoid at all costs. Turnover rate is actually insane.

Pros

They worked with me on schedule while I was in college to make sure I could finish my schooling

Cons

FSNS cultivates an environment of toxicity. They don't have enough employees to work each shift and dangerous work environment.

Cons

... training could be better, coworkers are clique-y, you won't feel much appreciation
