Cons

Mandatory overtime Micro-managers Equipment is always broken For some reason people are happy to stay there for 60 hours a week and they look down on you for leaving on time

Pros

There are no benefits working here unless you have zero experience and just need to get a foot in the door.

Cons

Pay, work environment, benefits, management are all terrible. I would avoid working here at all costs. My experience was not unique here, many former employees feel and express the same concern as I do. Besides this, I left and went to a much larger facility and learned that the practice there at FSNS is sketchy to say the least.

It is disheartening to hear these comments. We work hard to create a great culture for our employees and are constantly gathering feedback for continuous improvement. I would enjoy a phone call to discuss your concerns further – since you see nothing positive here in an 8-year career. You have been afforded many opportunities to gain valuable work experience, a team environment, part of an essential business that keeps food safe, numerous opportunities to advance, obtain tuition reimbursement, etc. I also know that you have had a number of changes in your life in which you felt you could not continue with us – we wish you the very best on your new endeavors. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. Please give me a call or stop and see me since you are in SAT and we can talk further. All the best to you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
