      Pros

      Very independent work environment and 10hr days, 4 day weeks available.

      Cons

      Management does not take harassment seriously. Everyone seems to date everyone there. Very unprofessional environment. It takes a long time to get promoted unless you are a “favorite”. Merit increases are not given due to management’s poor performance and lake of effort to complete paperwork. They have employees doing lead duties without the title or compensation.

      Pros

      You'll meet some cool people here, and it's a decent for filling out a resume.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and stressful environment. Perpetually understaffed for the amount of work/timeframe to do it in. Management will retaliate against you for being too critical of the lab, expressing unhappiness, etc, throwing you into a different dept. permanently. Lab is currently too small and crowded to be safe. Turnover is extremely high - lots of college grads who realize how terrible this place is after 1 day. Training is minimal because nobody has time to train you. Constant time pressure to get results out, which takes a toll on everyone. Pay is not good enough and raises are difficult to get. You will be micromanaged. Pretty much nobody is happy to work there.

      Pros

      The colleagues who are in the same boat as you.

      Cons

      Corporate management is terrible, CEO, H/R, etc. No room for moving up roles. They provide the bare minimum. Zero to little raises. No bonuses. If you are reading this - do not apply here. It would be in your best interest to search for other companies.
