We wish you the very best in your future endeavors. We appreciate all kinds of feedback and we use it to make continued improvements. We look into all concerns and address them as appropriate. I like you, am not sure where to begin. Though in my case it is where to begin on an appropriate response. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do at FSNS. For our employees, we continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, challenged, and growing. For our customers, we continue to provide both quick turnaround times to meet their expectations coupled with accurate results. There are no hidden secrets here and we do not lie to our customers in any way, shape or form. FSNS is a very diverse company – run by employees/managers, etc. of all ages and backgrounds. If you were actually a recent employee then you probably have some awareness of the following: FSNS spent well over 100k on year end/Holiday bonuses, the company sponsored a Holiday Party at each facility (at a cost of over $80,000), we awarded $500 per lab for an Employee of the Year – a non-manager (I assume you were not the recipient since she is a current employee), we will now have an overall employee of the year (non-manager) in which we will pay out $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000 (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place), we pay out longevity awards to employees, give service credit to veterans, have spent over $60,000 on tuition reimbursement, we have a monthly event budget per employee, paid time off, wellness incentives and programs, etc. These numbers don’t say cheap to me and I know I have missed a number of other programs, but this is a starting point. So, again – I wish you the very best in your new job and hope your new company offers you even more. At the same time, I need to thank you for allowing me to use your post to get the word out on all we do for our employees at FSNS. Happy Holidays to you and your family. Bob Cox, SVP HR.
