Pros

insurance and 401k are available but not worth it

everything about this company including the favoritism, false promises (never got my 90 and 180 day raise, etc) and the incompetent management team and corporate team.

I’m sorry that you did not find FSNS a great place for you. I would be happy to talk through your concerns via phone so that we can properly address them. It is unfortunate to hear your concerns regarding the management and corporate teams, though we certainly do not source anyone from “off the streets” as you have stated. In regard to raises – when performance dictates there are numerous opportunities for additional compensation as well as career progression. Hopefully you were a good performer and you had this discussion with your management team before you decided to pursue employment elsewhere. We know that employees have a number of choices when it comes to benefits – our plans, the exchange, spouse insurance plans, parents insurance, etc. We work hard to put benefit plans in place that are competitive within the industry. Everything we do is to create a culture where everyone is appreciated, employees are engaged, challenged, and growing. Best of luck to you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Pros

I dont know i was a lowly worker promised alot of things that never happened. Not sure there are any pros, the insurance is very high, you would pay less out of pocket than get insurance for a family

Cons

I mean its comprable to working at mcdonalds. none of the holidays you have to work are paid extra, they short change you every chance thwy get, supervisors consostently alter your timeclocks to prevent overtime pay. Corporate tells them to do this behind closed doors. I know this because I have a friend who works at corporate. They are bananas just like the HR department who could care less about the employee or customers. We only got 50 in gift card for the christmas bonus again while corporate executives got a minimum of $1000 each. They are as i speak on a 2 week vacation at the grunt employee's expense. They like to fire people who talk too much including a few of my friends. When i left they begged me to stay but after my friend got fired, i said screw that. This company promises you things and never delivers, they do this to keep you there as long as possible. Only when you threaten to quit will you have a chance at getting a raise. This company is highly unethical.

Feedback from our employees is very important. We take concerns seriously and investigate each one. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. The things that you are commenting to in your post are completely false- to include your statement on bonuses. In fact, you and I have talked a few times. You know that our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs. We will continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. You may contact me directly since I know you have my contact information. Thank you. If I knew what I know now - I would've NEVER come to work here!

Pros

I honestly cannot think of anything positive to say about this place.

Cons

My whole time here (one plus years), I still have not found one person who really likes it here. There is so much back-stabbing and gossip, it's worse than high school. The management staff is horrible, they have favorites and if you aren't a family member or a favorite - be prepared to be verbally attacked and made to feel horrible every day. Don't try to go to HR because they are just pushing paperwork and don't do anything. If you ask for help from HR (or any manager), be prepared for that to get back to your supervisor within an hour and then be prepared to be "blacklisted". Every person I know that has gone to HR or their supervisor for help has been terminated within a month. They overload every employee with a ton of work and don't supply the needed staff. Everyone is overworked, underpaid, and just miserable here. Also, don't think they'll be prepared for you on your first day of work, they often don't even know who is starting and what position they were hired for. If your not a family member, good luck!

It is unfortunate to hear your concerns about the work environment here, though much of what you state is completely false. I would like to look into each area and address them, but you will need to discuss with me privately. We are constantly making positive changes and improvements to create a culture where everyone is appreciated. Though at the same time it appears you are unhappy to a point of wanting to leave – I would be happy to help you with that as well. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP, HR
