Long hours Understaffed Management doesnt care High Turnover Lot of call ins If you make one mistake you are humiliated every day. Manager wont even look at you if you are both crossing each other in the hallway. Completely unprofessional. Not even a simple hello.

While I hope you have taken the time to voice these concerns to members of the management team at an in-person meeting, I will forward this to the Regional Director anyway. Together we will review and address each one as appropriate. The lab leadership team has been working diligently to make the changes necessary to positively impact operations, employee engagement and customer service. I can not list any good reasons to work here except it is a paycheck. Work at McDonalds instead.

Cons

Any and everything you can imagine. Several coworkers have got fired because new management is bonkers and is going on a power trip,getting rid of anyone they don't like.

We get paid bimonthly and benefits are there, just not very good. Subpar if anything

Not a place to stay for long,i used to work as a prison guard and I think I got treated better by the inmates there than I currently do here. Think before you put your app in. If ur mgmt ur golden but if ur a lowly worker then prepare to get yelled at everyday and put down...
