Pros

Not realy sure what to think

Cons

I have no been here long only 7 months but i can say that i too was promised a raise after 90 and 180 days but i have never received. I have been promised raise but never received either. Or a promotion. There is no holiday pay here at company you get paid regular hourly on holiday when you work. Night shift does not get extra pay either this company suck Only certain people seem to get them who are friends with the manager. I wish my concerns would not go unaddressed thank you

Pros

Theres alot of time fattening food in the break room. Co workers are an experience. Fsns is a starting job.

Cons

Still bad here, same as a year ago and same since the lab opened. Same management....Get rid of the bad management and this place will get better. Corporate refuses to fix the problem; Its not the technicians so management needs to stop saying that there is a reset button to get rid of all the techs when you are the problem...push the reset on yourself horrible management! I may not be here much longer as I have several job interviews in the imminent future. We'll see how long the reset button will go unpushed... Some but not all the cons: favoritism, management not knowing how to lead, corporate routinely practices nepotism, which is clearly displayed in the management at amarillo. Young, inexperienced people get management without training. Ineffective meetings.
