Pros

I like that they gave me a new beginning

Cons

But its just not worth it, I am now looking into several positions that are not part of fsns. This is because the pay here is subpar, the management has no idea what they are doing, and the benefits are horrible amongst others.

Feedback from our employees is very important. We take all concerns very seriously and investigate each one. I have asked the San Antonio Lab Leadership to look into your comments. Setting time aside with a member of the management team in the lab to discuss this is important. Please realize, there are numerous opportunities to obtain additional training and move into various positions (and pay levels) as well as opportunities for tuition reimbursement. I hope you will consider stopping by to talk with me since you are here in San Antonio. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.

We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated. I was recently at your lab and I hope you took the opportunity to talk with me. However, seeing that you seem very unhappy, I am willing to work with you on an orderly transition to something else if that is what you are seeking. Please give me a call. Thank you.
