We wish you the very best on your new opportunity. At FSNS, we value both our employees and our customers. We continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, challenged, and growing. In addition, we work to create a great culture for our employees – to include competitive pay, benefits and numerous advancement opportunities. In regard to COVID we are a clean lab environment and have been early adopters of things like daily temperature checks, masks, social distancing, elimination of visitors, health questionnaire, enhanced cleaning protocols and now rapid test kits. I would enjoy a phone call to discuss your concerns further. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR

No company is perfect

Pros

It definitely depends at which lab you work at this company. I really loved working at FSNS. The management was very helpful. But like the title... no company (management) is perfect. Just like any other reviews on this company, overtime is literally guranteed. Unless you are in the management, you will be hourly. More hours you work, bigger the check. That was my trade when I worked overtime. Daily workload is a lot. I mean a lot. But, you need to know the workflow. If you are totally clueless at managing the workload, you will be stressed out. I did run around like a headless chicken almost every sing shifts I worked. But I actually enjoyed working nonstop. I will prefer the busy hours compared to twiddling my thumbs the entire shift. I consider the people I work with a lot important than the workload. My regional director was amazing!! I mean amazing!!! He is the reason why I started working at FSNS. "Most" of the people I worked with were great to work with. Definitely you will get experience and knowledge that can be used in other fields. After a year, you can have at least six or seven scientific tests that you can add to your resume.

Cons

It depends on which lab you work at. Pretty low pay compared to other equivalent jobs but half the amount of work.

Pros

Great Company to work for to get experience. You can gain a lot of insight and experience with the multiple things needed to run a lab. Including the variety of test required to perform based on client needs. FSNS is very professional and I would recommend them.

Cons

Prepare to work a lot, overtime is a killer.
