Dear Air Force Pilot: Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. My hope is that you shared your concerns with the SAT Management Team before you departed/went into the Air Force (?) Yes, we are a 24/7 business so that we can properly service our customers and keep food safe. Hours can be long to include overtime pay for technicians, etc. I will share your comments with the SAT Leadership team. I would encourage you to reach out to me directly so that I can better address them. Without our employees we would not be able to build and sustain a great business. There is a strong emphasis on developing people and growing their careers. We continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, empowered, challenged and valued. Bob Cox, SVP of HR

Pros

Job is easy - you learn fast.

Cons

Management takes decisions that adversely affect the outcome. Salary should be higher given the responsibilities.

Your feedback is very important to all of us at FSNS. Thank you for your over 3 years of service! I agree with your comment whole heartedly: “Listen to your employees, be fair and respect the seniority and experience of those that have been here longer than you.” We truly value all of our employees – specifically those that are longer tenured and high performing people. I hope you have a discussion with your LM, OM or Regional regarding your concerns since I feel confident these can be addressed easily. At FSNS we constantly look at Total Compensation to include base pay and the various other programs we offer. There are many promotional opportunities here which often include increases in base pay. The first discussion with your LM, etc. should be to discuss your performance and a game plan to include what additional training is available to you so that you can move to the next position and pay. If you can relocate, that is even better. I will share your post with the Regionals. You may also contact me directly. At FSNS, we continue to strive to create a culture where our employees are valued and engaged. – Bob Cox, SVP, HR

Your feedback is very important. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. For a number of our lab locations our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs. I hope you take the time to have a discussion with your manager to discuss your concerns or contact me directly to discuss further. Thank you. Bob Cox, SVP HR.
