A company that wants to sell to the food industry but can't

Pros

There are some really good people there that work hard.

Cons

C-level members that care more about their egos, doing it "their way" or combing their hair more than they do actually helping the food industry. There is actually ZERO food safety or food industry experience in the company and that is a glaring wart that all food companies can see easily.

Competitive pay but not worth what they make you endure.

Cons

Leadership strongly believes in favoritism and promoting those who make minimal effort to contribute. In a time where remote working is positively viewed only select employees are allowed to do so.
