Benefits are good since the company is so big

Cons

you don't have any leverage to negotiate since the business is so big the particular team I'm on sets arbitrary goals and don't listen to concerns about them being unrealistic I feel like a cog in the wheel and like I'm not properly utilized HR is also a joke. Getting helpful answers is like pulling teeth if you can even get ahold of someone. I was also told to expect my paychecks to be messed up when going on maternity leave.

-Flexibility, especially during COVID (work from home) -Great cafeteria -Free coffee on sight

Cons

-Horrible management. There is not a training system set in place, so you have to learn each process from a different team member -Be ready to dedicate your whole life to performing the job. You're expected to work over time every day, including weekends, without any incentives. Because you are paid salary and have to work OT, you essentially make less than someone who is paid hourly -Management is demeaning -VERY high employee turnover rate -Very little room to grow
