Hybrid work. Pretty good people. Decent 401k vesting periods, they use Fidelity. Great PTO. If you have the right management and don't enjoy your role you can try to move into new departments. Although managers can see when you apply internally. Complex organization model to understand, but management is patient.

Below average pay *If you start after June 30th you aren't eligible for any sort of pay increase until the next year.* High Turnover Poor leadership Poor training system Random KPI goals You work heavy in Supply Chain, but the Supply Chain system is down/lagging 25% of the time. Inefficient tech. If you ask too many questions you will be considered "questioning" authority Managers hire out of desperation rather than looking for qualified individuals. You will definitely feel like a cog in the wheel.
