Good job if lower management is decent

Pros

Good for students that need a part time job, flexible schedule, health benefits for full timers, good discount, fast paced and you stay busy

Cons

There's a disconnect between upper management and lower management in not knowing or fixing poor and abusive (ex. not setting set schedules and telling day of when something changes, yelling at employees in front of customers, threatening to fire people over non issues etc. behavior is lower management, being rude to customers, gossiping about other coworkers where they can hear them etc, doesn't schedule properly for breaks to be taken, cursing in front of customers etc.). You'd sooner be fired before upper management actually takes action to correct this behavior but that can be said for any job. The pay is okay for a part time job but not for a full timer that has bills to pay since they don't do competitive pay at all and hardly give raises.
