Fast-paced really is the best way to describe it. It keeps things interesting and makes the days go by quickly, especially when you’re working with a strong team. We appreciate you calling that out. Growth and progression matter a lot to people, and your perspective is valuable. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience ,and for the time you spent with us!

Pros

Co-workers rock, knowledgeable supervisors, it's a 'feel good job', with many random unexpected perks. Bosses bring treats sometimes! Occasionally paid to play Games/fun/prizes. LOTS of work- but very rewarding with the miscellaneous incentives for holidays.

Cons

Some customers are insufferable, rude and insulting. Most are wonderful and appreciative though.

This is SO great to read. When coworkers and supervisors create a positive, supportive environment, it really makes work feel different in the best way. It’s awesome that the incentives, team energy, and little things like treats and recognition helped make it a rewarding experience. Thanks for being part of the Foot Locker team, and for sharing this!!

We really appreciate you calling out the people, because that says a lot. Strong teams are what carry everything forward, especially during busy or evolving periods. We also understand how frustrating it can feel when things move fast without enough structure or clarity. Thank you for being honest, and for everything you’ve contributed over the past few years!
