Pros

Sneaker perks?? If that’s something that’s important to you.

Cons

Terrible senior leadership. Antiquated methods of recruiting and out of touch with current trends in the market. Over the last year there have been a couple of rounds of turnover in the TA department. If you’re considering joining this organization because of the brand, turnaround. They under pay and have no interest in developing you to grow in the company. Directors and above are sitting comfortably under cutting ideas to innovate recruiting.

Pros

Discount on shoes and clothing

Cons

Hours were cut short just after a week of working at some times I would show up to work and clock in only to find out my shift was removed. It got so bad to the point where one of the managers completely forgot that I was still working there managers don’t care about nothing but sales numbers and yell at store associates for minor inconveniences. If you want to make less then 200 each check and like to get treated with no respect work at kids footlocker Times Square
