Pros

None it’s a terrible place to work

Cons

Everything about working here was awful starting with the incompetent management. Don’t waste your time - they don’t care about people here and you are nothing but a number. Jobs are going offshore as fast as they can ship them there.

Pros

"You get to wear sneakers to work." (One of their hiring "perks".)

Cons

IT Management doesn't have a clue about the systems they are managing. They don't care at all about their employees, work life balance, doing what is best long term, or ethics. They are only there to make themselves look good, at your expense. Most decisions are made by someone from a completely different team, from another state, who has absolutely no clue what is needed or the impacts the decision will cause. The Milwaukee Corp Services office alone has had a turnover above 50% in the last 30 years. Most of which is due to people being fired without cause or people jumping from a swiftly sinking ship. Run far, run fast...
