Pros

The employee discount is good.

Cons

Getting paid $7.45 to be an assistant manager is laughable. The management cannot make a schedule. There is never any inventory on shoes in different sizes which leads to upset customers who want shoes that day rather than having to order them.

Pros

New CIO really kicked off an IT modernization drive in 2016. They are trying Cloud, Agile, DevOps, containers, you name it. Management is also caring of employees and there to support them. They are also moving away from being an exclusive Microsoft/IBM shop and embracing open-source tech. Oh and I forgot if you love sneakers they have awesome discounts and sales!

Cons

Camp Hill office equipment and space is bit dusty and dated. Needs to be spruced up!

Pros

The discount of course. Getting to see the different kinds of customers that come would come into the store and just interacting with the customers there.

Cons

Being on your feet all day of course, definitely had to have comfortable shoes for a fact! Having the customers that would have you take out about 5-7 pairs of shoes and not buy anything.
