      Pros

      Being up to date on shoe releases, 30-50% discount includes champs, footaction, fun coworkers, good product to sell, working with customers, simple job, flexible hours.

      Cons

      NO COMMISSION FOR SALES!! no reward for any of your work, minimum wage salary, physically tiring for long shifts walking back and forth getting customers shoes. Managers have high sales standards and expect you to go beyond the extra mile for horrible pay.

      discount of shoes, team environment, depending on the store location you can make decent money

      Cons

      have to sacrifice your whole life for them. they want footlocker to be your first priority, they don't care what else you have going on as long as it does not conflict with your hours at footlocker

      Pros

      Fun, you get a great discount on shoes and anything there, it's 30%, people are friendly for the most part

      Cons

      They tell you that you get minimum wage + 1% commission, but that's only after you sell $3000 worth of shoes in a week. If you don't sell $3000, whatever you make in commission gets taken out of your hourly wage so that it evens out to $8.25 or whatever minimum wage is. And working only part time especially on weekdays, it's tough to get above $3000 for the week unless you work at a huge store
