Pros

Great discounts, easy to move up

Cons

Pay is under minimum wage + commission. If your in a location with very slow traffic, you can outsell everyone in your store and be top sales for the district and still come home with a check under $1000. Company only gives raises and bonuses to store management

Pros

You learn allot to take the experience and move on to another company that pays tremendously better

Cons

Allot of favoritism from management and an abundance of work with little to no pay. Room for growth is very slim in the department. Lots of work and experience but no departmental growth . poor tuition reimbursement for employees attending school. low moral within the department
