Pros

Of course one large pro is the discount. Other than that there are your coworkers and customers. You meet some amazing people working for footlocker.

Cons

This would be easier if I didn't have a slew of things to write. The pay is the first glaring con. The pay everybody below store manager pennies on the dollar. There are no raises and no bonuses if you are not in said group. So basically you are struggling to make a few cents. Your social and professional life balance doesn't balance out. You are basically asked to surrender your freedom. It's an overall horrible experience.
