Great place to work

Pros

Great to interact with (mostly) friendly people all day, it really helps to have an interest in shoes, incl upcoming releases, limited releases etc. With a small number of staff it can be difficult to see a clear path of progression.

Cons

minimum wage job with 30hours or less per week. 6 month probation period is a bit excessive for the renumeration. employee discounts are good, but again, being paid minimum wage doesn't allow for a huge disposable income. Even at 30% discounts
