Pros

If you are interested about Sales, they are going to teach you a lot of useful and interesting techniques. Also some discounts are to be appreciated. They always pay on time and not bad at all.

Cons

- Stress. Stress. Stress. - The feeling of cheating the customers. But I guess that's all about American ultra-capitalist companies, not only Foot Locker. - Internal "mafia" in some areas when talking about career opportunities.

Pros

As a student, it constitutes an important incomes, it gives a real experience in problem solving, management, creativity, and it helps to improve one's interpersonal skills drastically due to the mandatory aspect of going forward people.

Cons

Feeling listened and making one's idea heard by a manager to improve the work. Deal with the strong standard aspect of the procedures. It is hard to implement new Ideas considering the system is old.
