Pros

If you want to make a career in retail, this is a great place to start. You WILL learn to love it, or you will decide that retail isn't for you. Get some good experiance here, then move on to something better

Cons

Politicking by upper management, you will will have to do work, only to see it be undone in a heartbeat. Accept it and move on. Be prepared to drink the Kool Aid, and brown nose to the managers. They eat that up.
