Pros

Great corporate culture which makes working for Foot Locker a pleasure. The employee discount makes it worth it for individuals who enjoy the products they stock.

Cons

Culture can vary within stores depending on current management. Big focus on sales goals which could be tough to meet in certain stores

Pros

- The products sell themselves - Fun work environment - Good employee discount

Cons

- If you are part-time don't expect a lot of shifts and if you do get a shift sometimes it can be a short 3 hr shift. it's almost a waste of time - POS system is old and can be approved upon
