Pros

The atmosphere was generally relaxed, however you do have sales targets and they do like when you sell multiples. It was my first real job but the experience was really good as you do interact with many people which does develop your sales skills.

Cons

Not much room for promotion really unless you are interested in first key or management. To get to head office even more difficult.
