Pros

- discounts (30%) - see and learn about new products before released to the public

Cons

- not a very competitive salary; no pay increases overtime unless you plan on moving up in position - "break room"/ "employee area" consists of a couple chairs and a microwave (no lockers to put personal stuff away) - if you're closing and you've been scheduled to leave at say 10pm, you must stay until absolutely everything is done which may take up until 11pm on busy days (this is fair but can be an inconvenience)

Where i worked however was understaffed therefore we were all having to work more than our contracted hours.
