Pros

Overall Lady Foot Locker is the perfect place for anyone who want to learn retail management.

Cons

Lady Foot Locker does not compensate very well in my opinion. The commission percentage is really low.

Pros

Good discount and employee appreciation weekends Staff was good to get along with, friendly people You work by commission, which could be a pro or a con- on busy days you could make a good amount of money

Cons

Back room is poorly organized, sometimes unable to find things Senior management was not at all accepting of family events or time needed off Schedule was not made up in a timely manner at all Too much fluctuation, too many hours during busy times of the year and sometimes no hours during non-peak seasons Management was not very fair, favoritism was definitely a key part in the workplace

Pros

It's a job and discounts on sneakers.

Cons

Little or no recognition for the work done except if something is wrong. Then you get all the negative recognition you bear.
