Pros

It's a job and discounts on sneakers.

Cons

Little or no recognition for the work done except if something is wrong. Then you get all the negative recognition you bear.

Pros

Manager is flexible and understanding. I took a trip up north for a few weeks the first month I started working. Manager is hard-working, smart, and positive in my eyes Employee Discount Meet variety of customers. 95% of the time its a very positive interaction Coworkers are usually cool and fun, I've met a few great people

Cons

Pay I pick up for other peoples slack when I finish early after working hard. Stock is hard and stressful with little recognition Retail is also stressful.. Quotas need to be reached. They don't train you on Product Knowledge.. I googled everything I know.
