Pros

If you love shoes this fit for you, decent discount + they have 50% off 3x a year! Sometimes u get to meet celebrities :)

Cons

Commission, most of the time when we see a customer walk in the store everyone runs to them to see who greets them first it's a challenge but also a gaining experiment

Pros

Pay is great for part time associates working in high volume stores Great discount

Cons

no vacation time for part timers hours are based on sales Associates are required to maintain a 20% "hooked up" which is selling a shoe and clothing in one transaction Very hard to advance within the company, too many politics involved even when switching from part-time to full time Required to process inventory if in a small volume store, which means less commission.

Pros

Discount and having the info on latest trends and styles.

Cons

Career progression is very political. Management isn't trained well and the company lacks the initiative to treat their employees well. Unsocial hours, especially over the weekends and summer.
