Pros

Nice people and great place to work if you know your shoes.

Cons

Bothering the customers is a very customary thing at footlocker. As soon as they walk through the door we are told to ask if they need help. And once they walk to a certain shoe we are told to ask again. This goes on and on, for everything they work at. And as a customer it is definitely annoying. Yes, Footlocker has a great selection, but being bothered consistently is a turn off, and I would frequently see customers get upset and walk out with nothing.
