Pros

The benefits of working there is mainly the discounts & first dibs on shoes. You also get to meet a lot of people & they make it a fun environment to work in.

Cons

The cons would be the low hours if you're a part timer & being paid minimum wage.

Pros

You get the opportunity to build your staff into being successful in driving sales that will not only help them at work, but also in life. You also get potential for bonuses

Cons

You have to put in 45 hours a week, you have to take shifts where you open a close at times, and you don't get extra when doing overtime, and to get bonuses you have to hit store budget and personal budget just for the 45 hours you have to commit weekly.
